House buyers have a chance to get their hands on a former police station to convert into their forever home.
The three-bedroom property, which is based on Gardyne Street in Arbroath, contains all of the basic features - spacious lounge, kitchen and shower.
But the property listing takes somewhat of a twist when potential buyers are given a wider shot of the exterior.
Attached to the home is a former police station, which used to have its own cell.
Inside the old reception room for the station, the current owners have converted it into a multi-purpose room - which houses what appears to be a double bed, gym bench and weights.
The old cell looks like it has another bed inside, in addition to sinks and a radiator.
Google Maps' images show the property decorated in police branding in August 2015.
It was then listed by Shepherd Commercial on instruction of Police Scotland in March 2021.
The Courier reported at the time that the property has been closed for “several years” and was deemed to be surplus to Police Scotland’s requirements.
Purple Bricks has noted that the property now has planning permission for a house where the former police station is.
They write: "The property of a former police house and station has been recently renovated but still requires an element to finish this property to its potential.
“The property will appeal to families, investors or small family businesses or equally multigenerational looking to be under one roof but with separate living accommodation.
“Police house offers excellent accommodation over two floors, bright spacious lounge with the kitchen offering modern wall and base units and complimentary worktops and separate utility room.
“Upstairs are the family shower room and three double bedrooms
