A Scots man who went missing on a holiday in Las Vegas has been found after a week long search.
Lewis Fraser, from Falkirk, was due to fly home from the US on Sunday, July 23, but failed to board his flight. The 27-year-old had checked out of the Luxor Hotel and Casino and had not been in contact with his family since 3.30am on Saturday, July 22.
He was reported missing to Las Vegas police who were treating him as a missing person. Desperate friends and family who shared an appeal for information on Facebook earlier this week have now confirmed he has been found safe.
His cousin Andrew Moore said: "Lewis has been found and is SAFE! The response to this post has been overwhelming and I can't really thank everyone enough who's contributed to it whether it be sharing it or with messages trying to help, his family and friends will always be grateful."
The post has been shared by other relatives of Lewis, including his sister.
The Foreign Office and Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department have been contacted for comment.
