Warner Bros.’ “Scoob,” an animated film based on “Scooby-Doo” characters, will skip its planned theatrical release and instead launch next month on digital rental services.
Starting May 15, “Scoob” will be available to rent for $19.99 in the U.S. and Canada. It will also be available to buy for $24.99. The movie, geared toward younger audiences, was originally scheduled to debut in theaters on May 15, but was indefinitely delayed as the coronavirus

Warner Bros. has decided to send its animated film Scoob! straight to premium on-demand, versus waiting for theaters to reopen en masse once the coronavirus pandemic begins to subside.

The festival award-winning drama Never Rarely Sometimes Always will be released on EST from Wednesday 13th May and released on VOD from Wednesday 27th May. The film is described as an urgent and poignant drama and comes to the screen by the hugely talented Eliza Hittman (Beach Rats, It Felt Like Love). The film will be available through various digital retailers such as Sky Store, Amazon Prime Video, Google Play and Apple TV, and others.
