Paisley's Thread Street when the group of brutes set about him on Thursday night.He had been waiting outside the supermarket around 10.20pm when they approached him and soon after battered the schoolboy in a terrifying attack - leaving him with serious head wounds.The teen was rushed to Paisley's Royal Alexandra Hospital where medics treated his injuries.Cops in Paisley are treating the horror incident as serious assault and have now launched an investigation to trace those responsible.MORE NEWS
