The full trailer for season two of Apple TV+’s musical comedy series Schmigadoon has arrived!
The new season will enter a new era of musicals. Having found true love in the town of Schmigadoon, season two of Schmigadoon! will find Josh (Keegan-Michael Key) and Melissa (Cecily Strong) in Schmicago, the reimagined world of ’60s and ’70s musicals.
The new season will feature new original musical numbers from co-creator and executive producer Cinco Paul.
Season two premieres on April 7, with the first two episodes of its six episode second season, followed by new episodes every Friday through May 5, 2023.
Nearly all of the cast members from season one have returned, including Kristin Chenoweth, Alan Cumming, Dove Cameron, Jaime Camil, Jane Krakowski, Ann Harada, Aaron Tveit, Martin Short, and Oscar winner Ariana DeBose.
Some new cast members have also joined for season two and one actor from last year is not coming back.
