'Schitt’s Creek' Stars Eugene Levy and Catherine O’Hara Reveal Whether They've Dated in Real Life

In honor of Schitt's Creek, the popular Canadian television series that premiered its sixth and final season earlier this month, Kelly Clarkson invited Annie Murphy to her talk show on Wednesday (Jan. 29). 

Many people know Annie Murphy from her portrayal of Alexis Rose on Schitt's Creek. However, the 33-year-old actress wasn't always famous.

Annie Murphy didn't even have $5 to her name before landing her role on "Schitt's Creek."

It is both impressive and, for her, perhaps a little unnerving.

Dan Levy opened up about coming out to his parents when the cast of Schitt's Creek visited Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen on Thursday.When Cohen asked when Dan Levy came out to his father and co-star, Eugene Levy, the actor revealed that he was 18."I believe it was mom who just actually said, 'OK, are you gay?'" added Eugene Levy"She did. My mom asked me over for lunch one day and I said, 'Yes,'" recalled Dan Levy.

The story follows Nora (Awkwafina's real name is Nora Lum, BTW) as she goes about her day-to-day life in New York City, trying to figure out adulthood as an unemployed 27-year-old living in a house in Queens with her grandmother and father. And, yes, the show is loosely based on Awkwafina's pre-Hollywood stardom life.
