Saturday Night Takeaway fans 'crying' with laughter as Ant and Dec prank Rylan

Helen Skelton has been unveiled as the new favourite to replace Rylan Clark on Strictly: It Takes Two. Strictly Come Dancing finalist Helen, 39, who starred on the BBC One show in 2022, is reportedly 'in talks' to takeover from Rylan, 34, who announced he has quit hosting the spin-off show after four years. It Takes Two was first presented by Claudia Winkleman from its launch in 2004 until 2010.

Rylan Clark has responded to the fan theory that he has stepped down from Strictly: It Takes Two so that he can host the highly-anticipated return of Big Brother. Earlier today the TV star, 34, announced that he would be stepping down from hosting the Strictly Come Dancing spin-off, It Takes Two.

A shocked Ant said: "My [clapperboard] has broken! It just fell apart in the heat." Dec and Nicole burst out laughing as Ant added: "It's alright I can use [the top half] it's fine!" Fans of the show are gutted this series has come to an end, as they took to Twitter in their droves to praise it.

Saturday Night Takeaway star Stephen Mulhern has been celebrating his birthday with showbiz pals Ant and Dec in Florida.The TV star is currently across the Atlantic at Universal Studios in Orlando, Florida, filming Saturday Night Takeaway's highly-anticipated finale. During his trip abroad, he celebrated his 46th birthday on Tuesday, shocking fans with his age as they believed he was much younger than that. Ant and Dec were left in hysterics on this week’s episode of Saturday Night Takeaway, just minutes into the show, when one of the usual segments hilariously had to be cut short by a guest’s blunder. During the weekly Ring My Bell segment, where viewers are asked to identify their homes from video doorbell views, it soon ended in "chaos".  When a member of the audience identifies their home, they need to stand up and shout “Ding Dong, That’s My Doorbell” to be eligible to win a prize.
