Sam Thompson has proudly shared he's taking on his "uncle duties" as he met his sister Louise's baby boy for the first time.The 29 year old, who recently called Zara McDermott his "constant" as they celebrated her birthday, took to his Instagram feed to post the sweet photo for his 1.4 million followers to see.

Sam Thompson has praised his sister and new mum Louise Thompson as the "bravest woman" after she suffered "serious complications" after giving birth to her baby son Leo-Hunter Libbey with fiancé Ryan Libbey. Former Made in Chelsea star Louise, 31, gave birth to her little boy in November, but she was unfortunately forced to stay in hospital for five weeks.
