Sam Heughan hopeful for second series of Men in Kilts with Graham McTavish

Outlander fans were given a glimpse at what really goes on behind the scenes as the cast wrapped up season six. Filming of the show was delayed last year due to the pandemic, with viewers getting their so-called 'Droughtlander' fix from outtakes posted on social media.

Sam Heughan and Graham McTavish were delighted after their show Men In Kilts was nominated for a Critics Choice Award for the 'Best Travel/Adventure show. The popular show, which was first released last year, sees the pair travel around Scotland on the adventure of a lifetime meeting some of the craftspeople, producers, and historians who make the country what it is.

Inverness where the first season of the show is based, posted: "Ok I’m late to the party but I started Outlander and I am officially obsessed." The official Outlander page replied writing: "Welcome to the club, thrilled to have you! I'd warn that symptoms of Outlander addiction may include starting to say anything and everything in a Scottish accent but you've already got that covered."Twitter users were quick to declare the red head Jumanji star a perfect addition to the popular show.One wrote:
