Morrissey cancelled his scheduled sold-out gig in Nottingham last night (July 9).The former Smiths frontman had been due to perform at the city’s Royal Concert Hall as part of his current UK and Ireland headline tour, which began in Portsmouth last Saturday (July 8).However, it was announced yesterday morning that the second date of the trek had been shelved.“Due to unforeseen circumstances, Morrissey’s show at Nottingham Royal Concert Hall will not be going ahead tonight,” read a tweet from Gigs And Tours, the official website of promoters SJM Concerts.“Ticket holders are asked to hold onto their tickets and a further announcement will be made in due course.”In a follow-up post, the company confirmed that Morrissey’s next gig remained “unaffected” and was “due to go ahead as planned” at Millennium Square in Leeds on Wednesday (July 12).Wednesday night’s show at Leeds Millennium Square is unaffected and is due to go ahead as planned. Sainsbury's roll out huge change in all stores slashing price of 2,800 products

Sainsbury's has rolled out a major change in stores by expanding its Nectar Price discount to include fresh produce and ready meals for the first time.
The supermarket giant launched its Nectar Price scheme back in April this year, offering lower prices to customers who sign up for a store loyalty card.
And now there are many more products have their prices slashes as Sainsbury's introduced the loyalty scheme pricing to fresh fruit and veg and a number of popular ready meals, reports the Mirror. The expansion came into force on Wednesday, June 21, with shoppers now able to take advantage of the reduced costs.
Discounts include Sainsbury’s Strawberries for £1.75 instead of £2.25, as well as Easy Peelers for £1 instead of £1.35.
Other products such as Sainsbury’s Best of British apples are now part of the scheme, available to Nectar customers for just 85p instead of £1.70. Taste the Difference Jersey Royal Potatoes have also been reduced by 50 per cent, now priced at £1.50 for loyalty customers instead of £3.
A selection of ready meals have also been added to the scheme for the first time, with Nectar card holders able to snap up Sainsbury’s Taste the Difference Fish Pie which for £3.75 instead of £4.25, as well as Sainsbury’s Chicken Tikka Masala, down to £3.75 from £4.25.
A number of branded ready meals are also included, such as Wasabi Chicken Katsu Curry with Rice which costs £3.75 instead of £4.25 and Charlie Bigham's Lasagne, which is £7 down from £9.50.
The roll out means that 18 million Sainsbury's shoppers with a Nectar card will be able to enjoy lower prices on over 2,800 products in stores.
