Racing legend Sabine Schmitz, known as the Queen of the Nurburgring, has died at the age of 51 after battling cancer.
Schmitz became a popular feature on the BBC's Top Gear after first appearing on the show in 2004.
She revealed her cancer diagnosis to fans last year after being forced to pull out of a racing event at the last minute.
