Rylan Clark's mum, Linda, was seen letting her hair down at a New Year's Eve party after a challenging year.
The 35 year old presenter celebrated the occasion with his family and friends, including his 71 year old mother. Rylan shared snippets of the fun-filled evening on his Instagram Story, showing guests dancing and singing along to music. Linda was spotted in a sparkly black outfit, swaying to the music in front of a lit-up Christmas tree.
In another clip, she was seen sitting by a bar, joining Rylan and other guests in singing Tina Charles' hit song 'I Love to Love'. This comes after a difficult year for Linda, who had surgery following a severe fall while holidaying in Spain with Rylan. She reportedly broke her arm and leg in the incident.
Linda, who's had a tough time with her health, joined her son Rylan on his BBC Radio 2 show over the weekend. She gave a speech saying: "Right everyone, you alright? It's been one hell of a year, ain't it Ross? Eurovision in Liverpool.
The Lionesses coming so close. Becky Hill winning a Brit." Talking about her rough patch, she added: "As you all know, it's been a tough year for me.
I'd like to thank all the nurses, doctors, physiotherapists and pilot who have helped me get back on my feet. And of course you too, Ross." She also mentioned enjoying Scott Mills on the radio and welcomed Vernon Kay to Radio 2, but cheekily said Steve Wright's Sunday Love Songs is still the top show, even over her son's.
