Hallmark Channel has just announced the first of its’ upcoming summer movies for 2022!
The network has tapped fan favorite actors Ryan Paevey and Ashley Williams to star in Two Tickets To Paradise, which will be filming in Hawaii!

Here’s a summary of the upcoming film: Two strangers meet on what feels like the worst day of their lives. Hannah Holt (Williams) and Josh Wyatt (Paevey) have both just been stood up at the altar, and as chance would have it, sit down next to each other in the park.
Meeting each other turns out to be the morale boost they need to commit to taking their honeymoon vacations as they try to turn lemons into lemonade. Soon after they embark, they realize they have landed at the same honeymoon resort and keep crossing paths in tropical paradise.
Josh introduces Hannah to his friend from the past, Alice (Mary-Margaret Humes), who lives on the island and shares her wisdom with the heartbroken duo.
Seeing the futility of fighting fate, Hannah and Josh eventually join forces and help learn from one other to enjoy their vacations.
Two Tickets to Paradise will be part of Hallmark’s Summer Nights programming event, kicking off in just a few months.
The film will be directed by Dustin Rikert with the script by Tracy Andreen and Kevin Taft.
Ryan is best known for his role as Nathan West on General Hospital, and just recently starred in 2021′s Don’t Go Breaking My Heart for Hallmark. Ashley was recently seen in the Sister Swap films on Hallmark, in which she starred opposite her real life sister, Kimberly Williams-Paisley.

Thania Garcia Pharrell Williams has announced the return of his summer music festival “Something in the Water,” produced by Redrock Entertainment and Live Nation.The festival will take place in Washington, DC on Juneteenth weekend (June 17-19) with the rapper and producer included on a lineup that also features Lil Baby, Chloe x Halle, Lil Uzi Vert, Tierra Whack, Run the Jewels, Pusha T, Dave Matthews Band, and more (See the full lineup below).The festival first opened its stages in Williams’ hometown of Virginia Beach back in 2019, however, the festival has since been relocated to Washington, D.C.In a press statement released last October, Williams shared that the festival would not take place in Virginia due to “toxic energy” from local authorities. A Hawaii couple have dropped their petition for a temporary restraining order against actor Ezra Miller, who is known for playing "The Flash" in "Justice League" films and allegedly harassed patrons of a karaoke bar in a Big Island town last month. According to court documents, a judge dismissed the restraining order case Monday after the couple requested it. William Dean, a lawyer who represents the couple, declined comment Tuesday on why his clients no longer want to pursue the petition that accused Miller of bursting into their bedroom and threatening them in Hilo, the same town where Miller was arrested.
