Ryan Gosling is in talks to star opposite Margot Robbie in the new Ocean’s Eleven film, which four-time Emmy winner Jay Roach (Bombshell) will direct for Warner Bros., Deadline can confirm. The project follows Gosling and Robbie’s recent work together on Greta Gerwig’s Barbie film for the studio, which has the former playing Ken.

One of the more perplexing yet, interesting projects on the horizon is a live-action film based on the iconic Mattel doll, “Barbie.” The film hails from “Little Women” director Greta Gerwig with a script co-written by herself and Noah Baumbach (“Marriage Story”). It also has an impressive cast led by Margot Robbie and Ryan Gosling.

Ryan Gosling has no plans of exiting the action genre after “The Gray Man.”  David Leitch doesn’t either after “Bullet Train.” The pair team up soon for their adaptation of the 1980s stunt-man/bounty hunter TV series “The Fall Guy.” The movie won’t be out until March 1, 2024, but Universal Pictures knows who’ll star across from Gosling, and Deadline has the scoop.
