ITV have announced that the 20th series of I’m A Celebrity...Get Me Out Of Here! will be filmed at the historic Gwrych Castle, Abergele in North Wales. With views of the beautiful Welsh countryside, Gwrych Castle is nestled in a tree lined hillside overlooking the Irish Sea.The atmospheric ruined castle with its sprawling design and turrets is spread across 250 acres of gardens and grounds.

the ITV show will be broadcast from Wales in 2020, rather than the normal Australia, as a result of issues with overseas travel caused by coronavirus.Gwrych Castle has been at the centre of the rumours, which were fuelled earlier this week when the castle posted on its Facebook page: "Gwrych Castle and Estate will be temporarily closing to the public at 5pm on Sunday 23rd August until New Year."Keep checking our website and social media for updates."But the new images were taken around 20 miles

the show has been filmed in the Australian jungle, but this year this will not be possible because of coronavirus. Earlier this month , ITV bosses revealed filming would take place in the UK - but did not reveal whereabouts.

ITV reality series has already announced it will relocate to a UK castle this autumn amid the ongoing coronavirus pandemic. The exact location is yet to be confirmed but the most popular theory is that it'll be filmed at Gwrych Castle in Abergele.
