One of the founding members of the country band Alabama, Teddy Gentry, was arrested on a misdemeanor marijuana possession charge Monday.  Gentry, a bass player for the music group, was put behind bars in the Cherokee County Jail in northeast Alabama and was additionally charged with unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, records showed.  The 70-year-old bassist was released about a half-hour later, according to Alabama court records. Taylor Swift has revealed a fifth edition of her forthcoming 10th studio album, ‘Midnights’, exclusive in the US to retail chain Target.The album’s ‘Lavender’ edition is named for the pastel purple hue slicked over the title and tracklisting on its cover (as well as the left-side bar of the CD version’s jewel case). The CD will feature three as-yet-untitled bonus tracks, including one new song and two remixes.

Rosalía has shared ‘Motomami +’, a deluxe edition of her latest album ‘Motomami’ that features four previously-unreleased songs.The updated tracklist for the expanded version of ‘Motomami’ includes ‘Despechá’ – which was released as a single in July – plus new additions ‘Aislamiento’, ‘La Kilié’, ‘LAX’ and ‘Chiri’.It also includes a remix of album cut ‘Candy’ that features Chencho Corleone of defunct Puerto Rican reggaeton duo Plan B, and a live version of ‘La Fama’ recorded at Palau Sant Jordi in Barcelona. Them‘ with Gucci Mane.Quavo and Takeoff, who are uncle and nephew respectively, released their fourth album as Migos with Offset (who is Quavo’s cousin) in 2021 called ‘Culture III‘.There appears to have been some animosity between the duo and Offset, the latter of whom unfollowed the pair on social media when they announced ‘Hotel Lobby’.It initiated rumours that Migos have split or are on the verge of doing so.At the time of the debut single release in May, Quavo and Takeoff announced that their joint project was called Unc and Phew.
