The Masked Singer's Rockhopper has been unmasked as Destiny's Child star Michelle Williams. Michelle, 42, was part of the hit R&B group alongside Beyoncé and Kelly Rowland.The trio were behind hit songs such as Survivor, Solider and Bootylicious. While they formed in 1990, Michelle didn't join the group until 2000, just five years before they decided to go their separate ways.
With Michelle's exit in mind, this leaves Panda, Mushroom and Robobunny in the final of the show next week. The Masked Singer viewers have since taken to social media to express both their surprise and excitement at Michelle being unveiled. "f**k right off how did the masked singer manage to get THE michelle williams," wrote one person.
"NAH BECAUSE I JUST WITNESSED MICHELLE WILLIAMS on the masked singer!! Could this day get any better ??," tweeted another. "So invested in masked singer I cannot believe that was Michelle Williams," penned a third. Meanwhile, another viewer branded Michelle as the "best Destiny's Child singer".
