A pensioner from Rochdale has appeared in court charged with killing a baby girl more than 40 years ago.
Terence McArthur, 67, pleaded not guilty to the manslaughter of Tracey McArthur in Plymouth, as he appeared at Exeter Crown Court today (May 14).
The charge says he unlawfully killed the child on or before June 1, 1976, Plymouth Live reports.
