Rita Wilson called herself a “COVID 19 survivor” after returning home from quarantine in Australia in a lengthy post in which she thanked God for both her good health and continued success. Rita and her husband, Tom Hanks, returned to the United States after testing positive for the novel coronavirus and isolating themselves in Australia for weeks.

Tom Hanks shared a health update with fans after he and wife Rita Wilson returned to the U.S. on Friday.

On Friday, photos showing Tom Hanks and Rita Wilson back in Los Angeles following their coronavirus quarantine in Australia made the rounds online.The couple looked happy and healthy in the photos, which showed Hanks and Wilson in their SUV. Hanks announced in a March 11 post on Instagram that he and Wilson had tested positive for the virus and were in quarantine in Australia, where Hanks was filming a movie.
