Rihanna was the only pop girl in the world that anyone was talking about over the weekend - and, it turns out, for very good reason.
Her much-hyped Super Bowl Half Time show - dubbed the Fenty Bowl by fans - was a hit across social media and those numbers have reflected the success of the show in general.
According to Nielsen Fast National data and Adobe Analytics (first reported by Fortune) the Fenty Bowl averaged 118.7 million total viewers, making it the second-most viewed Half Time show in history...and even more viewed than the Super Bowl game itself (you know - that American football game they were playing before the Rihanna concert).
Katy Perry's candy-coloured 2015 Half Time show still ranks superior, however - still holding the record for the most-viewed Half Time show ever, with 121 million eyes on it in total.
Despite rumblings that Ri would unveil new music, a new album or perhaps even plans for a new world tour, she shocked pretty much everyone watching with the news that she was pregnant with her second child (which was confirmed by her reps shortly after the performance).
Despite making her way through the hits in her banger-filled setlist, there were also no special surprise guests, a la Katy Perry duetting with Lenny Kravitz and Missy Elliot, or Beyoncé reuniting Destiny's Child for a performance of Independent Woman and Single Ladies.
Instead, the focus was fully on Rihanna herself, in a luxuriant and visually opulent set that confirmed her stature as the most vibey of Main Pop Girls, still giving no phucks nearly 20 years into her career.
We are all still waiting with eager anticipation for the news of more Fenty Music, however likely that now seems given Rihanna's second pregnancy.
