Good Morning Britain viewers over an 'insensitive' interview focussing on the tragic death of Brit tourist Jack Fenton. Jack, 22, from Kent, was killed by a helicopter rotor in Greece. Richard was interviewing a close friend of Jack's on the show today (August 10) when he cut in and told them the programme was short of time.
