Revellers are being warned that 'blue punisher pills' with 'strong effects' are in circulation at the Warehouse Project. The alert was issued by the club as part of its Mandrake project, which aims to root out particularly dangerous drugs.
"WARNING. Reports of Blue Punisher Pills having strong effects," the Warehouse Project tweeted. "Please be safe & aware. If unwell please speak to a member of staff.
"Welfare & medical areas are located next to the smoking area. They offer a non-judgemental & safe space if you need help."

Mandrake, which stands for Manchester Drug Analysis and Knowledge Exchange, is a Home Office accredited scheme which brings together club bosses, police and scientists. Drugs seized by security at the club are then tested in a lab, and if the substances are deemed to be particularly dangerous then warnings are issued to clubbers.
The Mandrake scheme is led by Dr Oliver Sutcliffe of Manchester Metropolitan University, alongside Warehouse Project boss Sacha Lord and GMP.
