Real Housewives of Orange County’s Kara Keough shares heartbreaking picture cradling her son after his tragic death

A month after the tragic loss of her newborn son, Kara Keough is reflecting on what might have been.  In April, the Real Housewives of Orange County star shared the devastating news that her newborn son, named McCoy Casey Bosworth, had died six days after his April 6th birth.

Kara Keough Bosworth’s father, Matt Keough, has passed away at the age of 64. The Real Housewives of Orange County daughter confirmed the sad news on social media, just a few weeks after the loss of her newborn son, McCoy Casey Bosworth.
