The son of Wales' First Minister Mark Drakeford is back behind bars for breaching a sexual harm prevention order.
Jay Humphries was released from prison in 2018 after being locked up for the rape and assault of a vulnerable woman and for attempting to arrange the commission of a child sex offence. He then changed his name from Jonathan Drakeford and relocated to Bangor in North Wales.
Following his release from prison, a Sexual Harm Prevention Order was in place. Under the order, he had his internet access restricted and monitored by the authorities, reports NorthWalesLive.

But Caernarfon Crown Court heard he used an unapproved name on a dating website, and also deleted part of his internet history, in breach of the order. He previously pleaded guilty to two counts of breaching his Sexual Harm Prevention Order.
Prosecutor Catherine Elvin said that Humphries, 36, was allowed to create a profile on the FabGuys dating app, and he used the app on a frequent basis with other consenting members. But he used the username "naughty 5007387", despite being told he had to use a pre-approved name online of "Jay" for monitoring purposes.
On March 6, a police officer found that some of the internet history from the defendant's phone had been deleted. Judge Timothy Petts sentenced Humphries to 58 weeks in prison on top of being recalled to serve the remainder of his original prison sentence.
