Allie Goss, who made her mark as one of the earliest executives at Netflix, has joined Made Up Stories, the production banner run by Bruna Papandrea. Goss will be executive vp development and production, developing and producing television and film for the company.
The Chase have reportedly hired former contestant Darragh Ennis as the sixth quizzer on the popular ITV show.The Irish star competed on the series back in 2017, where he banked £9,000 before his teammates took lower offers, decreasing their fund by £2,700. At the time, the hashtag #JusticeforDarragh started trending as fans started a GoFundMe page in a bid to raise the money he'd earned on the show.
“Stars in the House” continues to gather together stars for a good cause, raising money for The Actors Fund, which is needed more than ever now that Broadway’s gone dark during the COVID-19 pandemic.
BBC Studios has named Rebecca Glashow as president of its Americas division. The former co-head of Viacom-owned YouTube brand Awesomeness, Glashow will replace former president Ann Sarnoff, who moved to Warner Bros.
David Levy, a longtime Turner executive who briefly ran the Brooklyn Nets last year, has found a new gig. The veteran sports media executive has jointed the Raine Group as a senior adviser, the merchant bank said Monday.
