Man arrested and street cordoned off after three vehicle crash left petrol leaking onto the road

Blackley. Victoria Avenue was cordoned off following the smash at about 1.10pm on Friday afternoon.Police said it involved a white Mercedes van, a grey Audi and a second van of unspecified make.Pictures from the scene show the Audi crashed into a tree.A Greater Manchester Police spokesman said one man had been arrested in connection with the incident.A spokesperson for Greater Manchester Fire and Rescue Service said petrol from one of the damaged vehicles was leaking onto the road.

Manchester magistrates' court this morning (August 14).He spoke only to confirm his name, address and date of birth.The teen, from Whiston in Merseyside, is charged with one offence of murder of Steven James McMyler, dating back to August 6 this year.No pleas were entered.Shortly before 7.50pm on August 6 2020, police received reports of concern for a man outside the church on Bishopgate, Wigan.Steven McMyler died at the scene.No bail application was made in respect of the boy.The case was

Oldham town centre at about 10.10am on Saturday. The van and the Toyota then smashed into a black Fiat 500L and a white Vauxhall Astra at the junction of Manchester Street and Tattersall Street.The driver of the Toyota – a 50-year-old man – suffered serious but non-life-threatening injuries.
