Prince Harry is reported to have halted any decision-making on the new titles of his children following the Queen’s death so “they can choose” themselves in the future. Harry’s two children Archie and Lilibet, shared with his wife Meghan Markle, are entitled to be named prince and princess as grandchildren of the new monarch.

King Charles III could streamline the royal family by removing Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's titles. It comes after Queen Margarethe of Denmark, who celebrated her Golden Jubilee this year, opted to strip the HRH titles from four of her grandchildren. Royal expert Richard Fitzwilliams has said that although King Charles "has no reason" to follow the example set by the Scandinavian monarch it may seem "appropriate" when the country is facing difficult times.
