A Tameside pub where police uncovered a cannabis farm during a raid has had its licence suspended.

Around ten cannabis plants were seized from The Snipe Inn on Manchester Road, Audenshaw, during Greater Manchester Police drug busts on Tuesday morning.

Following a request from GMP, an expedited review of the pub’s licence was held in private on Wednesday morning by Tameside council.

Licensing documents state that at around 6am
