Katie Price has told how her daughter Princess, 16, has banned her from hanging out with her friends at the age of 46.
The star, who insists she acts "a lot younger than my age", was blocked from joining her eldest daughter and her teenage pals at a concert after she put her foot down. Speaking on her Becoming A Life Coach podcast, Katie explained: "I said to Princess that I wanted to go and watch Ne-Yo in concert and I said: ‘Why don’t you come with me?’ And she said, ‘Yeah, but I’m supposed to be going with my friends’.
"So I said, ‘Why don’t we all go with your friends.’ She said, ‘Mum, I’m not going to take you with my friends.’ I said, ‘Why not? Your friends love me!’” Princess, who turns 17 this month, is Katie's second child from her marriage to Peter Andre, 51, and like brother Junior, 19, is following in her parents' footsteps in entering the showbiz world. Pricey explained that Princess - in common with many 16-year-olds - is sometimes “embarrassed” by her, admitting she “never knows what is going to come out her mouth”.
Katie added: “But they would never change me.
They just say, ‘Mum, you’re not like a normal mum.’” Princess recently signed a deal to become a brand ambassador for PrettyLittleThing, with both of her parents remarking on one of her recent modelling snaps. Katie wrote: "My baby girl" alongside a red heart emoji to which she replied: "Love you mum." Peter joked: "That hat would rock on stage.
