Prince William & Kate Middleton’s children make their red carpet debut for a Christmas show in London

As Queen Elizabeth celebrates Christmas at Windsor Castle, her grandson Prince William and his family are ringing in the holiday 135 miles away at their country home of Anmer Hall in Norfolk. William and Kate Middleton’s Christmas plans likely changed after the strict COVID-19 restrictions were put in place for much of England due to an infectious new coronavirus strain in the U.K.

Prince William and Kate Middleton did not have their annual Christmas walk with the rest of the royal family this year, but they are still sending a message to the people.

Prince William and Duchess Kate Middleton, along with their kids, Prince George, 7, Princess Charlotte, 5, and Prince Louis, 2, were photographed walking near Prince Edward, his wife Sophie, and their children Lady Louise Windsor, 17, and 13-year-old James Viscount Severn at Luminate Sandringham in Norwich, Norfolk.

And now it appears the Cambridges have ruffled some more feathers, after disgruntled fans accused the couple of again breaking the UK’s strict COVID travel restrictions.

took children Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis to the Palladium theater in London to see Pantoland, a festive pantomime held for key workers and their families. And according to the photos inside the theater, Charlotte had the best imaginable time, reacting vociferously to the show from the family's private box.

While the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge spend much of their time at their Kensington Palace apartment in London, the couple also calls Norfolk home thanks to their Anmer Hall residence. In fact, at the beginning of the pandemic, Kate Middleton and Prince William temporarily moved to Anmer Hall with their three children, Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis, for safety.

Just like the rest of the world, the royal family is currently experiencing their first socially-distanced Christmas. Moreover, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are all the way in the US, specifically, their new Montecito home with their 19-month-old son Archie.

Prince Harry and Prince William, along with their wives, Meghan Markle and Kate Middleton, are doing something special for the holidays even though they won’t be spending it together this year.

Prince William and Kate Middleton are all geared up for the Christmas  holidays and ahead of the low-key celebrations this year, the official social media account of Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, Kensington Royal, has dropped a brand new family photo which will be a part of the 2020 Christmas card. Every year, the royals have family portraits as part of the Christmas card tradition.
