Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are still using the name Sussex Royal, despite The Queen banning them from doing so.The couple announced they were stepping down as "senior members" of the Royal family earlier this year, carrying out their final engagement in March.They were expected to stop using the name Sussex Royal after leaving their office on 1 April but their website is still active over one month later.

A source told Us Weekly on Wednesday, April 15, that the former Duke of Sussex is “not planning to drop his Mountbatten-Windsor title legally,” but simply wants to reserve the use of his surname for more formal occasions.
