Prince Harry and Meghan Markle ‘hire former SAS soldiers to replace royal security guards'

It's been nearly a week sincePrince Harry and Meghan Markle officially left their royal duties — and a source tells ET the pair are «happier and more relaxed.» «They are spending time as a family and taking a break away from the spotlight,» the source adds. 

Now that and , you might think that they're busy planning out their next big non-royal moves and working on launching their new charitable foundation and brand. However, you'd be very wrong—apparently, Meghan and Harry are currently taking some time off and not stressing about what comes next for them.

Meghan Markle and Prince Harry just relocated from Canada to Los Angeles to start their new life away from senior royal duties, and naturally they're gonna need security. Just ask Donald Trump, he has a lot of opinions on the whole thing!

It’s the crossover we never expected. Meghan Markle and Prince Harry hired Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie’s bodyguards as they moved from Canada to Los Angeles to work and raise their 10-month-old son Archie, according the Daily Mail. The newspaper reported on Tuesday, March 31, that the former Duke and Duchess of Sussex have chosen to hire former SAS soldiers to replace the Scotland Yard bodyguards they used while they were in Canada.

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are reportedly planning a very special trip back to the United Kingdom this spring.

US President Donald Trump has publicly stated that Prince Harry and Meghan Markle will have to pay for their own security while living in the US. After stepping down from their positions as working members of the Royal family, Prince Harry and Meghan moved to Canada to live with their baby son Archie.

Meghan Markle and Prince Harry are not interested in asking the U.S. government to foot the bill for their personal security while living in the states.
