Prince Harry and Meghan Markle admit to almost giving son Archie another name

It’s been almost four years since Prince Harry and his American actress love Meghan Markle tied the knot in a fairytale wedding at Windsor Castle in 2018, after dating for almost two years. Those subsequent years have been anything but uneventful, with the birth of two children, ‘Megxit’, and a transatlantic move to the US.

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are planning to bring their children Archie and Lilibet to the UK for the Queen's Platinum Jubilee next month.The Duke, 37, and Duchess of Sussex, 40 are said to be flying over to celebrate the festivities with their children and the Royal family over the bank holiday weekend.This comes despite a recent announcement from Buckingham Palace confirming that the couple and Prince Andrew won't be welcome on the balcony for the flypast. Instead, the 96 year old monarch decided to have the Trooping the Colour appearance include only members of the family who are still undertaking official public duties.

Another reunion in the works. Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are planning to attend Queen Elizabeth II‘s Platinum Jubilee, but the festivities will look a bit different than they have in the past.

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are set to celebrate their son Archie's birthday on Friday 6 May, with the eldest of the couple's two children turning three. Meghan, 40, and Prince Harry, 37, tend to keep their young son out of the spotlight, having only shared a handful of snaps of him over the last three years. The couple, who are also parents to eleven month old daughter Lilibet, will be celebrating Archie's birthday over in California, where they now permanently reside after stepping down as senior royals back in 2020.

Meghan Markle and Prince Harry are facing “disaster” after their new Netflix series has been cancelled, according to a royal expert.The Duchess of Sussex’s series, Pearl, has been dropped by the streaming service as part of a series of cutbacks. Deadline reported that due to a drop in subscriber numbers, Netflix are making several cuts including some which impact Meghan and Harry's project.

Together again … almost. Prince Harry and Meghan Markle didn’t see Prince William and Duchess Kate during their secret visit to Queen Elizabeth II‘s Windsor Castle residence.

All eyes were on Meghan Markle and Prince Harry as they appeared at the Invictus Games over the weekend. The married couple appeared very loved-up throughout the opening weekend, and even shared a kiss on stage as Meghan, 40, introduced husband Prince Harry, 37. But some people were left annoyed after Meghan welcomed Prince Harry up on the stage at the games.

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle were torn when it came to naming their son, Archie.  While attending a reading session for children during the royal couple’s trip to the Netherlands for the Invictus Games, Markle shared with a fellow parent who brought her son, Harrison, to the event.  Sherry McBain, a nursing officer in the RAF and a competing member in the Invictus Games, said that her wife, Mandy, discussed with Markle how both their sons share the name "Harrison." Prince Harry and Meghan Markle almost named their, Archie, a different name. (Getty) "[Meghan] was like 'Harrison, that's Archie's middle name', and Mandy was like 'Yeah, I know,'" McBain told the PA news agency.

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are reportedly being protected by ex-US President Barack Obama's former bodyguard. After a brief visit to the UK, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex have been enjoying their first public appearance in Europe for the Invictus Games in the Netherlands. And Harry, 37, and Meghan, 40, were seen being flanked by ex-Secret Service agent Christopher Sanchez, who spent five years protecting presidents, including Barack Obama and George W.

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle kicked off day two of the Invictus Games with more sweet moments. The Duke and Duchess of Sussex spent their Easter in The Hauge, Netherlands, with a full day of events. Harry, 37, and Meghan, 40, arrived during the athletics portion hand in hand.

Day two of the Invictus Games has seen Prince Harry and Meghan Markle spending time with British competitors.The couple beamed in a beautiful moment as they hugged a Union-Jack clad athlete and got stuck in to the second day of the games. Meghan and Harry were seen holding hands as they arrived, with Harry in an Invictus Games sweater and Meghan wearing a beautiful cream jacket and jeans. Mum-of-two Meghan, 40, wore her shiny hair in loose waves and sported a glamorous makeup look.
