A lockdown of London is not imminent, the Prime Minister has said.
Boris Johnson was asked if there was to be a more 'substantial' lockdown of the capital as he addressed the public in his daily press conference.
Reports earlier suggested a London lockdown was likely to be announced, but Mr Johnson said there is 'no prospect' of closing down public transport in the capital.
