In a TikTok video testing out the “hydrating” balm, @beautyybylucyy said:
“It’s definitely giving Patrick Ta Major Glow Balm vibes. This is stunning.
“It kind of feels like a cleansing balm, it just melts into the skin. One thing I wil say is it does stay wet so it is going to transfer so if you have long hair you’re definitely going to want to wear it up when you wear this.
“Overall I do really love it, especially for the price, you can’t go wrong. If you’re looking for a glow balm for this summer definitely pick this up.”
In the comments, Fee said: “It’s like a dupe for Jones Road,” while @Noshhmua wrote “Omg it’s like the Bobbi Brown one too.”
Patrick Ta’s Major Glow Balm retails for £46 in the House of Fraser, while Bobbi Brown’s Extra Illuminating Moisture Balm retails for £51 on their website, with Jones Road Miracle Balm sets beauty fans back £36.

Zack Sharf Digital News Director Martin Scorsese fans might have experienced a bit of deja vu afterVariety exclusively reported that a Frank Sinatra biopic is one of two films the Oscar-winning director is planning to shoot back to back. The other is a movie about Jesus, the director’s second after 1988’s “The Last Temptation of Christ.” But it’s the Sinatra biopic that has long been a white whale of sorts for Scorsese. Per Variety’s report, Scorsese’s Sinatra movie is eyeing his longtime muse Leonardo DiCaprio to star as the crooner — and the actor’s “Don’t Look Up” co-star Jennifer Lawrence to play his second wife, the famous Hollywood actress Ava Gardner (who factored into Scorsese’s “The Aviator” and was played by Kate Beckinsale).

Chris Willman Senior Music Writer and Chief Music Critic Vampire Weekend’s matinee concert Monday in Austin was the ultimate ADHD-friendly show.
