Police have released a CCTV image of a man they would like to speak after two cop cars were damaged outside Manchester town hall.
GMP's City Centre division say the cars had to be temporarily taken off the road to be repaired and 'could not respond to emergencies'.
The incident took place at 2.10am on Sunday, August 1.
Police say they would to speak to the man pictured in connection with the incident.
