Detectives have released images of a man they want to speak to after a horrific sexual assault near a busy town centre railway station.
Merseyside Police says a woman was sexually assaulted on a road near to St Helens Central station, which serves passengers to and from Wigan.
Officers say that the woman was assaulted on Parr Street, which crosses the train line to the town's main station, at around 7am on Friday, August 13.
