Police have launched a hunt for a group of hooded thugs who mugged and assaulted a man in Moray. The 55-year-old victim attacked and robbed on Califer Road, Forres, just after midnight on Saturday August 1.
He was approached by three men, thought to be in their late teens to early twenties, who stole a quantity of cash from him. The man suffered minor injuries but did not require medical treatment.
The incident happened between 7.30pm and 8pm on Wednesday, 26 August in a park off Brediland Road in the Foxbar area. Officers are keen to speak to anyone who may have been in the area at the time.
