According to officers, the driver of one of the vehicles ran away towards Breightmet, leaving it at the scene. A man has been arrested after a bomb disposal team were called to the Queen's Edinburgh resident to look into a "suspicious item".The bomb squad made the item, which was sent to the Palace of Holyrood House, safe after they were called onto the scene on Tuesday.
