Plans to build the UK’s first ‘mobility hub’ in Manchester have moved a step closer after being formally submitted to the city council.

Parking for cars, electric vehicles, bicycles and e-bikes would be provided under one roof in Ancoats in a bid to challenge the conventions of transport infrastructure in the city centre.
