Good Morning Britain host Piers Morgan has slammed the BBC for axing the Victoria Derbyshire show. BBC news media editor Amol Rajan broke the news on Wednesday, 23 January, that the current affairs daytime programme will no longer appear live at 10am on weekdays after five years of reporting.
Announcing the shocking development, he wrote: "The Victoria Derbyshire Show is coming off air. I understand @BBCNews is committed to Victoria + the (award-winning) journalism of the show.
