Piers Morgan Cleared by Ofcom Over Meghan and Harry’s Oprah Interview Comments on ‘Good Morning Britain’

Renowned TV personality Piers Morgan announced on Thursday that he is set to join News Corp and FOX News Media in a global deal, which will see him launch a new daily television series early next year. Following the announcement, the outspoken star took a trip the Scarsdale Tavern in Kensington where he first met Meghan Markle five years ago and raised a glass to her.

The former TV host found himself in hot water over his public dismissal of the Duchess of Sussex's claims in her interview with Oprah Winfrey back in March, which sparked a whopping 58,000 complaints to the broadcasting watchdog.
