A set of photos posted by Meghan Markle reportedly "sparked a war" between the Duke and Duchess of Sussex and the now-Queen Camilla. Meghan, 42, was photographed on a visit to London's National Theatre in March 2020 as part of her duties as royal patron, just weeks before she and Prince Harry officially stepped down from royal duties.
The photos were then uploaded to the Sussexes's now-deleted Instagram account, which saw the mum-of-two posing in a white blouse and pencil skirt as she visited the theatre's Immersive Storytelling Studio.
However, the decision to immediately upload the photos to Instagram sparked a feud between Meghan and Camilla. At the time a source told the Daily Star that the couple had been requested to delay releasing the photos in order to avoid "overshadowing" a speech Camilla had given on domestic violence on the same day.
The Sussexes's refusal to listen to these concerns led to Camilla being left "furious" at the pair for stealing her limelight.
OK! have contacted Buckingham Palace for comment. Reflecting on this, royal expert Duncan Larcombe told The Sun: "The 'men in grey suits' are at pains to avoid diary clashes and the prospect of one member of the family outshining the other on the same day.
"Camilla would be justified at being miffed to say the least. But as Harry and Meghan continue their work without any regard for the rest of the work of the Royal family, these kinds of ‘clashes’ are inevitable." The reports of the royal row come amid Prince Harry's brief return to the UK, which included a visit to St George’s Chapel, Windsor, to pay his respects to his late grandmother, Queen Elizabeth II.

"I feel a certain level of disappointment because I feel like they had the opportunity to become the most liked, loved people in the entire world that could actually bring some positive change," she shared on "The Osbournes Podcast." After the English television personality doubled down on her comments on Harry being a "t---," Osbourne claimed the couple went "down this victim road." "I get wanting to leave [the royal family], I get that, but then just leave," Osbourne remarked.

There’s nothing that points to say I’m a bad guy,” Thomas continued.

Well, this was (allegedly) rude!
After a quiet start to the year, the Duchess of Sussex has been busy planning the next phase of her career as she builds a wellness and lifestyle brand. But her big comeback could face an obstacle as a royal expert claims that her ex-husband, Trevor Engelson, has had offers to write a tell-all book about their failed marriage. Meghan Markle and Kate Middleton’s relationship isn’t exactly ideal for two women married into the Royal Family. Meghan and Kate may share family but seemingly don’t share the same ideals and priorities. Although the pair are married to royal brothers Princes William and Harry, their lives couldn’t be more different.
It's fast approaching the one year anniversary of Queen Elizabeth II's death as Prince Harry is set to return to the UK on the eve of the date.
