‘Peter Rabbit 2’ Bounces to Fourth of July Weekend

Though it seemed at one point like “Indiana Jones 5” was going to be a priority project for Steven Spielberg and Harrison Ford a couple of years ago, the film ultimately has had a rough go trying to come together. Eventually, writers were changed, Spielberg handed the reins to filmmaker James Mangold, and everything now seems like it’s on track.

“Fleabag” phenom Phoebe Waller-Bridge is reportedly set to star opposite Harrison Ford in the next instalment of the “Indiana Jones” franchise.

EXCLUSIVE: Following the confirmation at the Disney Investors Presentation in December that the next film was a go, Lucasfilm and director James Mangold look to have their sights set on Harrison Ford’s first new co-star in the next installment of the Indiana Jones franchise. Sources tell Deadline that Phoebe Waller-Bridge is set to co-star opposite Ford in the fifth installment, with Ford returning as everyone’s favorite fedora-wearing, whip-slinging archaeologist.
