The Saturday Night Live alum will have to wait to see his intruder behind bars, as the Staten Island District Attorney told TMZ Wednesday:
We guess Pete won’t be having to enlist ex Kim Kardashian’s lawyer services for the time being! LOLz!

This all comes after Mootreddy broke into Davidson’s Staten Island home in 2021 while he was away, before a family member called the cops on her. At the time, she was promptly arrested, but told officers she and Davidson had “a telepathic love connection.” She had also falsified a press release saying they were married and starting a production company together!
Yeah, we can see why she’ll have to hold off on standing trial for a bit…
