Jimi Stanton (Castle Rock) Lilli Kay (Chambers) and Benjamin Flores Jr. (Fear Street), who recur as the characters, respectively, have been promoted to series regulars for Season 2.

The series hails from creator and executive producer Jennifer Cacicio and executive producers Robert and Michelle King.

Dennis Quaid is set to star opposite Annaleigh Ashford in Paramount+ upcoming drama series Happy Face. Quaid will play the titular role of the real-life serial killer notoriously called “Happy Face” because of the smiley faces he drew on evidence where he bragged about his crimes. Ashford stars as his daughter, Melissa.

There will be no season 5 for Evil. The Paramount+ series from Robert and Michelle King has been canceled and will end with its upcoming fourth season, set for premiere this May. A specific date TBA. The streamer said today four bonus episodes have been ordered and are set to begin production soon in New York City to wrap up the storyline. Selome Hailu “Elsbeth,” the spinoff of “The Good Wife” coming to CBS on Feb. 29, has set a list of guest stars including Jane Krakowski, Linda Lavin, Retta and Blair Underwood. They join previously announced guest star Jesse Tyler Ferguson.

Starring Emmy Award winner Carrie Preston, “Elsbeth” is based on the popular character of Elsbeth Tascioni, the astute but unconventional attorney featured in “The Good Wife” and “The Good Fight.” “The series has been highly sought after in the French territory and this agreement will provide TF1 viewers exclusive access to the series in the market,” Paramount Global Content Distribution said.

Katja Herbers stars as Dr. Kristen Bouchard, a forensic psychologist who investigates supernatural incidents with Catholic priest David Acosta (Mike Colter) and technology expert Ben Shakir (Aasif Mandvi).

Showtime’s Your Honor will end after its upcoming season, series star Bryan Cranston said today in an interview on Dax Shepard’s Armchair Expert podcast. Filming on Season 2 has just started, with Joey Hartstone, who was a writer on Season 1, as new showrunner, Deadline has learned. Additionally, I hear Keith Machekanyanga, who recurred heavily as Lil Mo in the first installment, has been promoted to series regular for Season 2.

Paramount+ has set a June debut for the third season of Robert and Michelle King’s popular series Evil.
