The COVID-19 pandemic has delayed the production of most major films for more than two months now. We’re just now beginning to see that places like California and European countries are expected to be allow for filming in the weeks to come.

Producer Jon Landau has spilled the beans in terms of some of the plot in the in-production Avatar movie sequels that are being directed by James Cameron. Landau spoke to New Zealand outlet RNZ and revealed that the films are about the Sully family, Jake (sam Worthington), Neytiri (Zoe Saldana), and their offspring.

The latest news is that the Avatar movies sequels have halted production in New Zealand. This is all due to the outbreak of the coronavirus and comes via Variety who report that the James Cameron-helmed sequels have stopped “until further notice”.

Rapper The Notorious B.I.G. is set to be inducted as is pop icon Whitney Houston. They join rock acts The Doobie Brothers, Nine Inch Nails, Depeche Mode, and T. Rex, as well as industry figures Irving Azoff and Jon Landau.

The Rock Hall Class of 2020 was unveiled Wednesday (Jan. 15) morning, with six artists and one behind-the-scenes player joining the storied ranks of the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.

They'll be inducted into the prestigious hall at a ceremony later this year...

Receiving the Ahmet Ertegun Award, which is essentially for non-performing professionals, are longtime Bruce Springsteen manager and former music critic Jon Landau and veteran Eagles manager and multifaceted executive Irving Azoff.
