On Friday, Kostek, 31, did not disappoint on the fashion runway as she struck a pose in two different bikinis at Miami Swim Week's hottest show hosted at the W Hotel.  The former Patriots cheerleader flaunted her bikini body in a bright orange-red cut-out swimsuit and showed off her toned abs.

Fitness guru Denise Austin shared a trio of workouts this week for getting into bikini shape as summer pool parties and beach swims loom around the corner.  The workouts posted on the 66-year-old fitness expert’s Instagram page involve working abdominals, the lower body and doing cardio for fat burning.  Austin shared an eight-minute ab workout on Thursday that she said "will get you a lean, strong, toned lower half... just in time for swimsuits, shorts and skirts!" "I love this workout because it works all the parts of the legs – your inner and outer thighs, the front and back of the legs, and your booty!" Austin wrote in the caption along with a video of her talking fans through side and back lunges with leg lifts.

Denise Austin, 66, is proving that age is just a number.  The fitness guru took to Instagram on Friday to share a then-and-now picture of herself in a one-piece swimsuit she wore while filming "Getting Fit with Denise Austin" 30 years ago. "Flashback Friday!!! WOW!! what an incredible memory to look back on!!" she began her caption. The workout video legend sported a pink one-piece with a white trim border as she posed on the beach in both pictures.

Denise Austin shared a photo of herself in a blue bikini top and black bike shorts on Wednesday that revealed her toned abs. The 66-year-old fitness expert shows no signs of slowing down, advertising a seven-day ab challenge for a "flatter stomach" on her website "just in time for the warmer months since Spring is right around the corner!"  In the photo, she looked casual, smiling in sunglasses and shoulder-length blonde hair in front of a landscape dotted by wildflowers.  On Tuesday, the workout video legend shared secrets for slimmer abs on her blog, which included doing Pilates, cutting out sugar and soda, dressing monochromatically, flexing your abs for 30 seconds every hour and also just standing taller.  "Imagine a string above your head pulling you up," she explained.

Denise Austin still has fond memories of her pal Richard Simmons. After decades in the spotlight, the fitness guru suddenly stopped teaching at his workout studio in 2014 and has now retreated from public life altogether. In August, FOX aired "TMZ Investigates: What Really Happened to Richard Simmons," a special that explored his rise to stardom and surprising departure.
