The Academy of Country Music Awards will return for a second consecutive year for livestreaming on Amazon Prime Video, with the 58th annual ceremony set for Thursday, May 11, 2023.

The Academy of Country Music, Prime Video, and Dick Clark Productions have named Reba McEntire as host of the 59th Academy of Country Music Awards. This marks country star’s 17th time as host/co-host of the ceremony — the most of any artist — and the first since it moved from CBS to Prime Video in 2022.

Country music icon Dolly Parton will be hosting this year's Academy of Country Music Awards in Las Vegas, bringing her star power to the show's new streaming home on Prime Video. Parton, along with soon to be announced co-hosts, will emcee the new format for the awards show, which will be live streamed March 7 without commercials from Allegiant Stadium.

Lisa Lee, Senior Vice President of creative and content for the Academy of Country Music, died from brain cancer on Saturday. She was 52.
