The fourth and final season of the USA series The Sinner is now streaming on Netflix and the show is bound to gain a lot more viewers!

Deadline’s Contenders Television: Los Angeles, a veritable smörgåsbord of awards-worthy TV for your Emmy voting perusal, kicks off its two-day run Saturday morning at the DGA Theater in Los Angeles. The livestream begins at 9:35 a.m. PT for both today and Sunday’s showcases.

Bill Pullman‘s turn in the 1995 hit rom-com “While You Were Sleeping” may have been iconic, but he was desperate to get out of it pre-production.The film’s producer, Jonathan Glickman, revealed that the “Casper” alum, 70, was not allowed to quit the movie — because he’d just abandoned a previous project.According to Glickman, the initial screenplay was a dumpster fire, having gone through many rounds of edits and even a screenwriter change.“We went to Chicago and we did a read-through, a table read of the script,” Glickman said on the “Hollywood Gold” podcast. “And the script was kind of a cut-and-paste of the stuff that the original guys had written and the new person had written.“And then Jon [Turteltaub, the director], I think, did sort of a polish to make it make sense,” he added.The former MGM executive recalled that the table read was “one of the worst” of all time.He continued: “It just tanked.

Lifetime has revealed its ripped from the headlines slate of movies for the fall that it has dubbed the “Truly Unbelievable Movie Event.” The seven flicks are inspired or based on true events  – all of which were filmed prior to the SAG-AFTRA strike.

Fox has said that she thinks the film needed Will Smith to be a successful sequel.The 2016 sci-fi film, released 20 years after Independence Day, bombed in the US with a domestic box-office figure of $102million but recouped its $165million budget following a better showing worldwide (globally, it took $389million).

Club to promote her new true crime series “The Interrogation Room,” Fox touched on the 2016 “Resurgence” saying she “didn’t feel like it was good” and that it “didn’t live up to the first one.” “I really feel we missed out by not bringing Will Smith back. We had most of the original cast, but I think the one true link that was missing to the success of ‘Independence Day 2’ was that Will Smith wasn’t there,” Fox shared. “I’m going to keep it real — I was at the premiere and I was like ‘Mmm, let’s see how the fans are going to feel about this.’ And sure enough on Twitter, they blew me up.”

The fourth season of The Sinner just debuted on Netflix, but don’t expect there to be a fifth season of the popular series.

A Hollywood Walk of Fame star will be dedicated to the late Paul Walker in 2023. The Fast and the Furious actor's star comes 10 years after his death - he died in a car crash in 2013. Walker's star is one of three posthumous awards being granted next year; the late Imitation of Life actress Juanita Moore and singer-songwriter Jenni Rivera will be honoured with their own Hollywood Walk of Fame stars as well.

Paul Walker and Jenni Rivera will receive stars on the Hollywood Walk of Fame in 2023. The pair are set to be celebrated posthumously by the Hollywood Chamber of Commerce, when they, and 22 other celebrities, receive their own stars on the iconic Walk of Fame next year, Deadline reports. Paul, who was just 40 when he died in a car crash in Los Angeles in 2013, will be celebrated in the Motion Pictures category alongside Vince Vaughn, John Waters, Uma Thurman, Bill Pullman, Ludacris and the late Juanita Moore.

Bill Pullman has told Donald Trump to keep his memes to himself, after he re-shared a “deep fake” video from the 1996 flick Independence Day. In the clip, which was posted to Twitter by a supporter on May 14, Trump’s head was superimposed on the body of Bill’s character, President Thomas J. Whitmore.
